Generally, the place was quaint and had active and efficient staff especially on the reception desk.

I would definitely book here again and would be happy to recommend it. Excellent value and well-designed place all in all, has attentive staff especially on the reception desk.

By and large, it was modern and quaint place with outstandingly accommodating staff especially on the reception desk.

As for me, the area was very bad.

Clean hotel, facilities are brand-new, and the location is great close to public transport. Make sure you stay in the quadruple room with comfortable beds.

The quadruple room is functional with bath products and all the necessary facilities plus private bathroom. All in all they offer good service.

We were given a triple room on arrival, it was new-fashioned.

It has superfriendly and affable staff team upon check-out.

The place was fabulous and cool and the staff were enthusiastic, the location was awesome safe in the neighbourhood.

We booked triple room and loved it. A bath in the large bathroom was super awesome.

Quaint hotel, all of the staff were amiable and amicable, marvellous location to a tram or metro station from the hostel. I asked for quadruple room, it was new-fashioned and neat. Got varied and large breakfasts 

Spotlessly clean property with very modern design, and varied continental breakfast. Very good sized units and ever so helpful staff on the reception desk. Comfortable bed, a lounge and a storage in the room. Best 

The hotel was good looking and pretty standard and I greatly enjoyed the streets of Brussels. Everyone was useful. The family room was new-fashioned, included a nice shower and a shower. The continental breakfast had a good choice 

We had a good breakfast and the staff were useful and lively. This accommodation was in the very central location within a walking distance from the city center.

Silent and well-organised rooms with bunk beds, and very good services.

We got room with smart decor and a big size bathroom to relax.
